Bonchon is a hidden gem. Right on a busy corner of town, in a nondescript shopping center. This is part of a national chain. A decent sized menu with traditional Korean flavors. I can’t say enough great things about this place! From the moment you walk in, the energy is welcoming and upbeat. The staff here are always friendly, quick, and genuinely care about making sure your order is perfect. Now, the food… WOW. We just discovered this place and tried it for the 1st time today. We ordered the Seoul Sampler and it was amazing! We will be back to try more food.
Ordered chicken and fried rice, chicken came within about 7 minutes and waited almost 35 minutes for the fried rice and still nothing- the excuse- We have an online order, took that long to even not get my food. What kind of service is that? And then they’re out of the Korean bbq sauce. I see why the restaurant is always empty, service is horrible. Always coming up with new excuses. Brought my parents out for a good meal and that didn’t work out properly, instead a horrible experience.
