I don't know what they did. Either they changed the cook or they need more training because this place is super inconsistent. Feels like they just put the wings but in a sauce bowl and shake it up instead of making sure it is properly glazed. The only consistent thing they have been good at recently is not Saucing the wings right. I prefer Bonchon's flavors over bb.q.
