Do not order food here. They are 3rd party which will charge you convenient and/or processing fee. It applies for Doordash and UberEat orders too, you will see price is always higher. Fried chicken has weird dark color which means they reuse old oil so many times. French fries was not crispy, and they missed my pickle radish also.
Not real
Beware that this is not a real Bonchon location, it’s a third party takeout-only company called Ruff Food Pickup that charges extra fees and does not have the whole menu. The location also doesn’t feel safe and there are a lot of people standing around the building and parking lot waiting for their orders. Theres also not a lot of parking. The chicken has a different appearance and texture than other Bonchon restaurants. And just like with another reviewer, they also forgot to give me my side of pickled radish.
