It was empty with we went for an early lunch so can't comment on atmosphere. Staff was efficient and friendly
I hate leaving bad reviews because the food at Bonchon is actually good, but the customer service completely ruined the experience. The lady working there was extremely rude and had a very nasty attitude for no reason. Good food can only make up for so much when customers are treated poorly. I hope management addresses the customer service because it definitely affects the overall experience.
The chicken tasted old as of they fried it hours ago, some parts were extremely dry and not edible. Also, there was something gritty every few bites in the seafood rice.
