I am a doordasher who was supposed to pick up an order that I confirmed to bonch on when I got there. It took 20 minutes for the cashier to get off the phone. When I asked about my order showing him the order number he had claimed the order had already been picked up. Assuming somebody else picked it up and delivered it the customer who put in the order.And paid for it already they did not get the order delivered. So obviously the front cashier guy was lying. $7.99 for now a very small bag of fries is nuts. This is after I waited patiently 45 minutes for my food
Paid $31 for 24 boneless tenders, it's hard to scale but half of these pieces are popcorn size, with hardly any chicken in them, and slightly salty. Out of the 24 pieces, maybe 12 were decent. Fix your portions, prices, or both :/
Great team- will resolve any issues w ur order immediately - busy spot so things can happen
Food always takes forever to make and the quality is unpredictable. I may no longer order from them because the last two fried chicken orders were drier than burnt toast.
