The food was fresh and tasted great. It was even presented so pretty. We went through the drive through. it was exceptionally fast for fresh food, and the two employees we spoke with were so nice and polite. Even verifying orders before they were handed out even though we were the only customer 🥹 definitely got a return customer. edit: a year later, and I still keep going. best fried chicken and best customer service. Very disappointed with my online order experience today. I realized after I picked up our food that a tip was automatically applied to our online order. I didn't select any option but the default is a 12% tip which is ridiculous and very shady. Especially since we're picking up and dining in...
It is nasty the food taste nasty and the sauce is just not it thank you😏
