Just ate here, and had a bad experience. There was a line waiting to be seated, because there is a sign saying “wait to be seated”. So us and two other couples were waiting, and the staff was ignoring us, maybe thinking we were there to pick up our orders? Eventually one of the servers came over and asked what we needed. Great Korean fried chicken delicious and Korean fried donuts
The food is decent. But the service is stellar. We have been waited on by a server that goes by Dee several times. She is a good waitress and we always enjoy having lunch when she is working. Definitely an asset to the restaurant, and the value at lunch time is worth a visit.
My friend took me here one night and we received excellent service, I went back to take my son the following night and was super disappointed! First off I ordered 20 wings and I asked for all flats and the cashier told me it will be an extra charge and I said no problem! I received my food and after arriving home I had not received all flats at all! It was more drumstick than flats!
