I would like to leave zero star but google won't allow it. We walked in yesterday around 5:30 and place only have like 5 people including 1 homeless lady that laying down inside the store. Young Cashier lacks customer service when we asked for a 30 pack of wings that we politely ask if we can pay extra for it not to have a drumstick. I asked her if she can ask her manager if its possible but from the window I had a crazy look followed by the cook looking also with a judgmental gaze. Really disappointed with my experience here. The service was lacking, yet they still added a “service fee” to the bill, which honestly felt ridiculous when there was barely any service at all. It just comes across as a way to charge customers more without explaining why. Definitely check your bill before paying. I won’t be coming back.

팁 사기 치는 곳이니까 한국인들은 가지 마세요~ 영수증에 팁으로 15%만큼인 2.1달러 쓰고 왔더니 15달러 빼갔어요. 전화했더니 알아보고 연락 준다고 하고 잠수 타고 제 전화 끝까지 무시했어요. 뭔가 착오가 있었다면 제가 전화했을 때 알아보고 다시 연락을 줬겠죠? 매니저 John이 그랬던 거였고 다시 방문하니 자기가 안 그랬다, 손글씨가 너무 엉망이라 알아볼 수 없었다;;는 변명만 늘어놨어요. 결국 받아내긴 했습니다. 카드사에서 팁 빠져나갈 때까지 마이애미에 머무르지 않으시는 분들은 현금으로 결제하거나 그냥 여기서 먹지 마세요~ 본사에 컨택은 했는데 해결 안 해줄 것 같아서 리뷰 남깁니다!
