Best Korean Fried chicken in town. Great portion side, great sauce selection, I have the cucumber wasabi and it blew me away! The staff were very polite and very attentive (especially David!! ) ! 10/10 already ate here 3 times since the W Broad closed!
I placed a delivery order today, and unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. Everything arrived soft and soggy the chicken had no crunch at all, and the fries were very soft as well. Honestly, my grandma could have eaten this without her teeth in. I paid a good amount for this meal and expected the quality I usually enjoy from Bonchon, but the chicken also lacked flavor, which I’ve never experienced before. I just tried Bonchon tonight it was delicious!! The service was great and customer service also!! me and my wife will be regular customers!!! Keep the great work!! I would highly recommend!!!!
