I recently went here for the first time and I must say I was impressed. The service was great, amazing atmosphere, and delicious food! I definitely recommend this place! I also got the katsu chicken without the spicy sauce and it was really good! It was difficult to find good parking at 7pm, but I would suppose that all depends on the time of day.

I called because we found a hair stuck between the chicken skin. Instead of apologizing, owner started asking how the hair could have gotten there and was basically complaining to us about it. Since it was stuck between the chicken skin, it’s 100% clearly their mistake. We were told the order would take about 20 minutes, but it ended up taking 35–40 minutes even though the store wasn’t busy. There was no apology at all.
