Food quality was great and accurate. Atmosphere is so-so. My only complaint is the service when my party walked in helped ourselves to a table, granted it wasn't too busy (like 5+ other tables open) and the server/host basically called us out loud like it was a speech to the whole room saying we need to check in first before we sit down at a table. I'll give the person the benefit of the doubt that maybe we missed the sign that said anything of the sort but at least address the issue to us in private instead of embarrassing ... read more

Pre-scheduled order pickup. Arrived at pickup time and was told 10 more minutes. After 15 minutes, went back and was told 3-4 more minutes. The reason given was that they had run out of drumsticks and it took time to make more. They told me this as a plate of drumsticks was served to people dining in-house. Another 15 minutes later and I asked for a refund. Only then did they go back to check on my order, but it was so they could tell them to stop making it. But it was finally done. My friends and I were craving Bonchon all day. I personally skipped lunch so I can stuff myself with my favorite Korean fried chicken, but when we got there at 8pm they told us they were only doing takeout... but they didn't close until 9pm! We wanted to dine in but they denied us that privilege because I guess they just wanted to preclose? If you don't want to serve your patrons when you're still open for another hour, just close the store.

I've eaten at Bonchon locations all over the country and I have never seen a policy in one where they refuse to serve a customer, unless you're picking up a to go order an hour before close. If you're not going to let someone order and eat food in your establishment at 8pm, because you close at 9pm....then just close at 8. I will never visit this location again.
