12/2025: The exhaust system really needs some work, customers don't go to your restaurant to dine in and come out back home smelling fried chicken. Please get more feedback from customers and invest in improving that. The food was great, the staff was working by himself and doing his best, kudos to his efforts. 2020: The best bonchon I've ever been! Lovely staff, great quality, clean, much more room!
Hello good morning how are you I got a complaint About this latina lady that was supposed to help me this Monday afternoon around 8 o clock i went there to order food And she was very disrespectful.please whereI can my a complaint to fire this stupid lady
I been in other locations of Bonchon ,I really like the food but this time they deserve a bad review, I got the order wrong ,I called back because it's a 25 min drive back and another 25 min forth, and long story short the manager said that to fix their own mistake I have to bring the order back because they can't give back a refund if I didn't bring back the order ,that they don't give food for free ,thats a way wrong way to talk and help a costumer 0 out of 10 this time
Called it in for pickup. I was told 25 mins and food will be ready. So I went there an hour later and the food was not even ready. The cook just started cooking my food. I asked the dude at the counter if it really takes an hour to make my order of 5 wings/3 drums and he said they were busy. Mind you it was raining today and no one was eating at the restaurant. An empty restaurant but slow as cook.
Staff is diligent and appreciate their hard work, I’m a satisfied customer, maybe it’s not the most luxurious chicken in the world for the foodies but hey, the kids and I got a break from cooking woohoo no need to wait for moms dry chicken, satisfied and stellar taste, they want more tomorow, paid pretty much as much as if I went to buy good quality chicken and seasoning to make it happen for the family, what more to ask for :):) thanks BonChon
