Queens mall Bonchon was the worse experience ever! First staffs watch you and ignored you. Before they said you ready to order. For 14.14 is not worth it for the taste of the food and it was disgusting! Fries was 12 pieces for what I paid for and chicken was hard, to eat, rubbery and not cook. Simply put it disgusting… I wish I order panda express for 10.45 and I get better tasting food Avoid this place it was not worth it. Honestly, it was so bad. The food took 30mins over what they said it would take. And the food ended up tasting so mediocre. They clearly need more employees.
Ordered food and got the 6 piece boneless chicken combo. Asked what I could get for sides because it was not clearly stated on the menu, and chose kimchi as an option after the cashier listed them all out. 6 tiny pieces, a drink, and a thing of kimchi cost me 20 dollars. I looked at the receipt and on top of the $4.99 to make it a meal, they charged me an extra $2 for the kimchi.
