Honestly, it was so bad. The food took 30mins over what they said it would take. And the food ended up tasting so mediocre. They clearly need more employees.
Ordered food and got the 6 piece boneless chicken combo. Asked what I could get for sides because it was not clearly stated on the menu, and chose kimchi as an option after the cashier listed them all out. 6 tiny pieces, a drink, and a thing of kimchi cost me 20 dollars. I looked at the receipt and on top of the $4.99 to make it a meal, they charged me an extra $2 for the kimchi. The person who took my order was Sirai, she is an amazing grace, a gift from God truly, she was super kind and generous in making sure I got the right order, on top of that the food she prepared was amazing!
