I was disappointed with my experience at Bonchon Chicken today. The wings weren’t as crispy as expected, which is usually the highlight of Bonchon’s chicken. I also specifically requested only wings for the 20-count order, but it came with more drumsticks than wings. Overall, the quality and attention to the order didn’t meet expectations.
The chicken was decent, but not as good as I would've expected for the price. The size was at least good. The seasoned fries were, in my opinion, way too overseasoned. Got a donut as well, which was a little doughy and undercooked. Overall not impressed with this place.
They have pretty good chicken, pretty good sauces, but they really need to work on their fries. Once the fries get cold. They’re basically a throw away.
