The professionalism of the Bonavista team is excellent! Sarah Spencer and her team provide consistent results whether they are opening or closing our pool, with regular weekly maintenance or dealing with the odd issue we have with our pool. We have been a customer of the Brown's & BonaVista Pools for more than 55 years now, and want to say that all of the services provided by them over this time have been great. Our pool was built and has been very well maintained by them, and continues to be the center of many great memories at our family home. The only problem we continue to experience every year is that the pool season is too short!

I guess it’s finally time to go the reviews. So very dissatisfied with many things regarding the pool and the company’s response to the problems that resulted from its construction. New problems every year. Some of them big. We gave up trying to resolve these problems a couple years ago We let them off the hook.
