I asked Bonavista for a quote for a new pool cover. They said there would be a charge to pick up the old one, so I said I would drop it off. They came onto my property weeks later without notifying me, without my consent, went into a storage area in the backyard, and took the cover. We were unaware. 3 yrs ago: Excellent service... These people know what they are doing. Now, we need to resolve the mishap that occurred in August 2022. Pool was accidentally emptied by the service student and now needs to be addressed with all the follow up concerns. No resolution yet by the company. As of April 17 2023: Still waiting for a fair compensation. The mishap has cost me in excess of $2000.00 and loss of plenty of leisure summer use of the pool during summer of 2022.
