I started coming to optician Pamela to help find a new frame and appropriate lenses for a fairly complicated prescription requiring prism. She is knowledgeable, personable, competent and extremely patient. Thank you for your help.
Well.. I went in to buy a new frame and prescription glasses when I was told we could get a free BOGO second for my wife as she needed new glasses for her existing frame. It turned out her sunglasses ended up more expensive so with my insurance coverage deducted we paid the amount we were told too. When my wife picked up her sunglasses she was charged another $240 as they supposedly made a mistake. I called the mgr and explained how we already paid more for my wife’s glass replacement and that charging us more wasn’t right. ... read more
After being told my own clinic couldn’t fit me in for an emergency appointment, I found Bonavista Eyecare. The friendly girls up front and Dr Natalia treated me so great. Natalia was able to see and then remove the foreign object from my eye quickly and painlessly. Thanks so much for treating me so well even though I’m not a patient of your clinic, but I will be now!
