This review is long overdue. We have been living in our new home for about 8 months now. I found our realtor Kelly Tully through Zillow. She just happened to be the person available to do showings. After she showed me the first house I decided I really liked her and we used her for the rest of the process. My husband and I are first-time home buyers with him being a little bit skeptical. This is a 10 star review. Joe, Karen and Gerry are the best people you will ever meet and I am so grateful and blessed we had them to walk us through the home buying process. Ours was not "text book" and they made the entire process easy. Their communication was superior and the service they provided went beyond all expectations. We will definitely recommend them to everyone and look forward to working with them again in the future!
We were working with one of the agents affiliated with this realtor. My experience was disappointing and will not recommend specially when it is your first home purchase. More details: The agent we worked with was too commission focused, tried to drive us away from new property which gave lower commission even when we liked it.
