I live on the third floor of this building and the cockroach problem is out of control. I clean every single day—mopping, vacuuming, and keeping my kitchen empty—yet I still see roaches every day. I reported the issue to management, and although pest control came once to spray, it did not solve anything. When I went back to the office, I was told to “relax” because “everybody has phobias,” even though my wife has a serious fear of roaches. “Going above and beyond involves making customers ‘feel special’ and helping them out even when it may not make sense.” At the 9100 Bonaventure estates office there are 3 individuals that go above and beyond to make the apartment at great place to live .
