I do not recommend anyone to live in this building. The overall condition is very dirty, and the hallways are poorly maintained, as if there is no cleaning staff. We sometimes see staff standing around, but not actually cleaning. There are also recurring issues: cockroaches, water leaks, and poor management in general. This building is full of problems, and immediate solutions are needed, especially regarding cleanliness.
Building have serious issues with pests. Building heavily infested with cockroaches already 3-4 years. Water shutdowns constantly. Ppl leaving garbage all over around. Elevators issues.
