The first floors are invested with mice and bugs! The boiler in the one building has been broken for years if it’s 33° outside it will be 45° in the hallways no matter what time of year! They claim they have 24 hour security cameras but when your car is broken into in the underground parkade the cameras magically don’t work! This has happened ti many people. Living in this building a while. They have serious problems with roaches. Building heavily infested, meaning either they’re not taking any action at all, or they’re doing the bare minimum just for show. I’m definitely going to move to another place. I talked to the neighbors and realized they’re aware of the problem but aren’t doing anything about it.
I lived here for a little over 8 years. The apartment is on the older side however the office and maintenance staff are always quick to respond when needed. The building is secure and neighbours are generally friendly. Peace, the office manager, gets a special shout out as she is so friendly and helpful.
