Doug resealed the front door of my apartment. He also re-caulked the bathtub however he missed one corner. Then he came back right before having his knee surgery and fixed that corner. An unparalleled work ethic. An authentic American worker. Strongly recommend.

I would like the community to be aware of a troubling and inappropriate interaction I had with Mr. Doug Bonaro, who contacted me on Sunday around 6:59 P.M., outside of business hours, to accuse my children of displaying "aggressive behavior" at the community pool. When I asked Mr. Bonaro to clarify what he meant by "aggressive behavior," especially since neither he nor I were present at the pool, he refused to provide specifics and stated, "this isn't up for debate."
