I do not recommend this company at all! I had a very disappointing experience. Work was performed on my property without my verbal or written authorization, and I was later demanded to pay for it. From my perspective, there was never an agreement for this work to be completed. When I attempted to discuss the matter, the communication became unprofessional and extended beyond the actual real estate transaction, which made me very uncomfortable. Doug resealed the front door of my apartment. He also re-caulked the bathtub however he missed one corner. Then he came back right before having his knee surgery and fixed that corner. An unparalleled work ethic. An authentic American worker. Strongly recommend.
