I would like the community to be aware of a troubling and inappropriate interaction I had with Mr. Doug Bonaro, who contacted me on Sunday around 6:59 P.M., outside of business hours, to accuse my children of displaying "aggressive behavior" at the community pool. When I asked Mr. Bonaro to clarify what he meant by "aggressive behavior," especially since neither he nor I were present at the pool, he refused to provide specifics and stated, "this isn't up for debate." I had Mr. DOUGLAS out to help me mount a murphy bed and to properly place a full size loft bed that some one else totaly did wrong. The he completed it with ease, charged less and saved our new home from being a junk spot.
I was impressed with how quickly this company responded to my call. It was a pleasure speaking with Doug—he was attentive, informative, and took the time to thoroughly explain their services. His professionalism and willingness to listen made for a great experience. Highly recommend!
