Doug is the most unprofessional individual I have ever interacted with. For someone who advertises "your community is our client and we take our service to you very seriously," it certainly is not true. If you are looking for a large community property manager, I suggest you look elsewhere. The inability to provide customer service while collecting a premium is the only guarantee here.
