Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with Ed, the owner of this business. We chose him with a high price tag to install our new wall furnace heater, assuming it would be the best service. Once Ed took the money, that was IT. Heater didn’t work well afterwards. We called, left voicemails, and texted him many times, no answer at all.
