Takes a week just to get my chart notes in so I can get my pre authorization of VERY important medication and makes me sit for DAYS off my meds because they don't care what kind of pain in puts you in. And this is NOT for pain management, this is for a rare bladder disease that takes special meds for it and they won't do anything to help but drag their dang feet as much as possible till i call in crying for help then they say oh we will start on it now, but then it takes insurance another 3 days to process then needs to be f... read more

I moved to Kentucky where the only medical care is huge facilities. I love Kentucky but boy do I miss Michael Sheets.
