Great app support is quick and very responsive. They try and resolve your issue in a speedy manner
Bonanza is wonderful! I realize that they are probably not as big as marketplaces like eBay or some of the other online auctions out there, but they can't be be in terms of fees and customer service. I sent an email with a concern thinking it was going to be 2 to 3 days before I heard something back. I got a response within 45 minutes! They're the best! They're the absolute best!
Not sure of Bonanza use now. I had an issue with a buyer, it was a scam. I could not block the user, the users page would not allow a report function, and Bonanza could do nothing about it......
