This Iraq injured veteran had contacted many companies to replace a vent boot and some shingles to stop a leaky roof. I had multiple estimates of a minimum of $850 just for labor since I already had the materials. Mr. Sorrows told me he be out to inspect the and give me an estimate. When he came out the next day, he was extremely professional. After he got done with the inspection and using his own materials, he told me that I owed nothing and it was his honor to help a disabled veteran. I am very appreciative of what he did and how professional he was and highly recommend him any day! I will use in the future

This is my second time using Bonafide. The first time, when we had just bought this house, the external garage had hole in roof. He (the owner) and his team had it replaced in days not weeks. They cleaned their trash, and left the work area better than they found it. As a result, a year later, when the roof on the actual house spring a leak. I called him. William came out the next day, inspected roof. He gave us a price we could afford, IE he did not try to up sell us, and repaired roof. The repairs were done the same day. Again, there was no mess. I trust that, if anything were to leak next rainfall, he would honor the company's warrant without fuss.

Mr. Sorrows came to my home two days ago at my request for an estimate to repair a roof leak. He was on time, very professional, and was more than fair in the estimate. I highly recommend this company.
