I walked past this location 3 times on my way home from work. Finally I decided to go in and inquire and I am so glad that I did. With my work schedule, it is difficult for me to get anything done and this amazing team squeezed me in even though they didn't have to. I appreciate them for that so much. everyone is so nice here! When I came in their wifi was down but they still managed to take care of me. they were so patient when it came to choosing a pair of glasses and I'm a bit indecisive. Dr Pod and the team clearly love what they do! highly recommend making Bonafide your new eye care spot
I had an amazing experience here! I was going to have just a regular glasses prescription check up but I really wanted eye contacts. But I was very nervous about trying contact lenses for the first time and honestly felt scared to put them in. The staff was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire process. This was definitely the best walk-in visit I’ve ever had in my life. Everyone who works there is so kind and helpful. I went in to get tested for the DMV requirement and left with a new prescription and a comprehensive breakdown of why my previous glasses weren’t right for me and why I always ended up with a headache wearing my old ones!
