Visited last year and booked through Zocdoc. Both Zocdoc and the check-in staff at Bonafide confirmed I was in network. After my appt, they try charging me $40 saying they’ll waive it if I buy frames or leave a 5 star review. Complete scam, have never paid for a vision check up in my life. Called my insurance after and they confirmed I’m fully covered and should’ve paid zero.
I was having some issues with my contacts and was able to book a next day appointment with Bonafide Eye Care. Millie was so welcoming and kind when I came in and the doctor thoroughly explained the exam and outlined solutions for me. Everyone I interacted with truly went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and pleased with my experience, I'm very grateful to the team!
Millie has consistently provided outstanding service. Throughout the year, she is always there to offer support, and she does so with a genuine smile. She makes me feel so comfortable and welcomed every time. This is truly a place you always want to come back to. Te amo, Millie! 💛

the people who work here are super sweet. they worked with me on my glasses price and were really fun to be in the care of. the doctor was also personable and kind. definitely would recommend a visit here and i will be back.
