Awful customer service. I asked for a battery and was mistakenly sold a cartridge. I immediately returned and spoke with the manager, but she refused to investigate or help resolve the issue. I was the only customer in the store, so verifying the mistake with the budtender would have taken less than a minute. Instead, I was told the only solution was to buy the product I originally asked for. This business clearly expects customers to pay for employee mistakes and shows little concern for customer satisfaction.
