It was a wonderful experience for the entire 3 years my wife and I lived there The property was peaceful and quiet, and the grounds were always neat, and decorated nicely for each season. We always felt safe at Bonady Gardens, and enjoyed our neighbors. If you like being outside, it is nice having the option to have a balcony. The owner is easy to reach by phone or text and it was comforting to know maintenance lives at Bonady in case we needed anything. We recommend Bonady Gardens to anyone moving to the Corning area!
NO STARS!!!!!! Please please, please , avoid this place at ALL costs! Especially if you are over 60 as there is nothing but concrete stairs and washers and dryers only in the basement, are expensive and half the time do not work. This place is NOT up to date at all. No central air, no W/D hookups in the apartment's, parking lot is a mess, rugs and walls not maintained. Landlord is ONLY out for the money. My husband and I have lived here for over a year and are upgrading to a larger two bedroom. Lucinda has ALWAYS treated us fairly. To the person who left the sofa at a dumpster...shame on you! That is not the way to take care of garbage. A sofa is not normal garbage. You should have contacted a hauler to take that away. We absolutely love living here. Parents of a recent tenant, we flew into town and cleaned, oven, refrigerator, base boards, floors, tub, toilet, sinks, and cabinets. We also swept and mopped apt. I have a video of the apartment to prove it! Landlord would not return my sons calls the entire week that we were there, then after he leaves she calls and acts like a brat! She gave us no instructions and complained about a couch that was left at the large trash container outside because it was full. A nice place to rent. My wife and I moved in back in 2008 and have enjoyed our time there. The building was quiet and the apartment spacious. We looked around the area and really feel like this was the best value. Have reccommended to several co workers.
The owners of this apartment complex will do anything in their power to take your money. They are nice apartments inside but definately not worth the price. The floorplans are really wide open and you can see everything from the living room. The owners will blame everything on you just to get your money, and when you move out, they will NOT give you the deposit back!! They will tell you that they will but they won't.
