We've been seeing Dr. Lail for years, following her when she moved to Providence Animal Hospital. She's always been so great with our pets, some of which have had special needs. After my sweet boy passed away this summer, I rescued a dog from a local shelter. She was high heartworm positive, so wanted to have her evaluated ASAP. If you don't want your entire experience ruined by an unhinged admin, stay away. It's a shame, as the actual vet techs are nice
Unreasonable staff, very rude and not willing to listen for more than 10 seconds before jumping to the conclusion that suits them
It used to be a good place to bring my pet. I gave 5 star before, but after my last experience Aug 2025, I decided to change. An appointment was scheduled for dental cleaning evaluation. They would do the lab work (blood, urine and feces) analysis to check my dog's health (it's a requirement for them). They draw the blood, the urine and feces sample was delivered later on another day, but they forgot to do the evaluation and quotation for dental cleaning. Aja had a tech appointment for anal gland expression. Before they took her back, they made a fuss over her and helped to alleviate her anxiety. She is a rescue and the added reassurance made the experience so much better for all of us! Thank you!
