We have been seeing all the incredible and compassionate vets at Providence Vets for over 20 years. They have a knack for really figuring out what is really going on with our pets issues and have literally turned around some bad situations for them. Their caring has also encompassed end of life care for two of our previous older fur babies. We have always counted on their expertise and great attitudes. And they have awesome techs and assistants working with them.
I have trusted this practice for over 25 years. Dr. Weeks has been a steady presence throughout. The veterinarians are top notch - high quality care delivered with compassionate professionalism. My pet’s primary vet is Dr. Lail and we both are comfortable with her and like her spirit and calm vibe. Wonderful experience at Providence with Dr Weeks and staff! Our dogs are very important to us and we felt comfortable from the moment we entered the office. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The vet techs were caring and patient. Our trust in Dr Weeks goes back many years and we would recommend his practice for your family pet.
The staff at Providence Animal Hospital always provide our fur kids with wonderful care! We have been bringing our various fur family members here for the past 10 years.
I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this one is necessary. I went in for a checkup for my pets, and the #1 issue was when the vet tech instructed me to administer a medication orally. However, when I got home and read the packaging, I saw that the medication was supposed to be applied topically. This is a huge issue—be aware of misinformation from the staff. #2: The medication I paid for had only 4 doses instead of 6.
