I was recommended this place by my main vet to take my leopard gecko to as she needed an ultrasound. They got me in fairly quickly but the morning of the appointment 25 minutes before her appointment started they texted me telling me they couldn’t perform the ultrasound as they didn’t have the machine anymore. One of my rats started experiencing some sneezing issues 3 days ago. The sneezing got worse so I called another providence location at 4 am trying to be seen ASAP. That location didn’t see rats and they recommended me to call this location. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so kind and she was able to get me in the same day. We took our sweet hedgehog to see Dr Lail and she was amazing. She took time to answer questions and made us feel really comfortable. The staff there too are great. A big shout out to Shyan who took time over the phone to explain and understand our needs. Highly recommend
