Update ....I previously wrote this first review cause I was asked to, but hadn't experienced it very long . It's a loophole, nothing works , garbage very where and drugs and noise constantly . I'm paying high rent and nothing works after being fixed several times , maintance tries but they are not plumbers or electricians . Cat litter left down hallways for for 12 hrs even tho I begged for someone to clean it due to severe asthma. Since I moved in the police have been at this building more often then not. It isn't well taken care of. There's blood stains down the entire hallway. Nothing gets fixed and no explanations are givin. Some dude thinks it's a good idea to play his violin at 3-4 am all the time. It's just an all around mess for being the .OST expensive company to rent an apartment from.. I don't recommend to anyone.
Roaches, bed bugs, you name it- I have not seen either in my life until calling this building “home”. Not sure if the neighbors are worse or the avenue living staff👍🏼. Dont rent from them
