Since I moved in the police have been at this building more often then not. It isn't well taken care of. There's blood stains down the entire hallway. Nothing gets fixed and no explanations are givin. Some dude thinks it's a good idea to play his violin at 3-4 am all the time. It's just an all around mess for being the .OST expensive company to rent an apartment from.. I don't recommend to anyone.
Roaches, bed bugs, you name it- I have not seen either in my life until calling this building “home”. Not sure if the neighbors are worse or the avenue living staff👍🏼. Dont rent from them
it's a nice updated apartment I rented with all stainless steel appliances, new laminate flooring and the neighbors I've met are great! It's a safe pet friendly place, kinda like a small community family and that's exactly what I like! I just stress about rent Increaes I can't afford yearly, hopefully that doesn't happen . People that have never rented here, have such negative words about ave living, what they don't realize is that it's not the company that brings in bugs etc. it's the people moving in, also I've seen how pe... read more
