THE ONLY complaint I have is just regarding the seats in the front lol. Please put some chairs I was in pain. Imagine the elderly wanting to sit
NP Durana is amazing. I have complex health issues, she listens carefully and seems to really care. The staff have been kind and helpful everytime I have been there and I have never waited longer than 10 mins for an appointment, even if I had to I would understand because she is very thorough and I always feel 100% confident that she is doing everything she possibly can to help me and find out what is actually causing my symptoms not just treating them.
The whole process from asking questions to the treatment to the after follow up was 100% professional, prompt and it made me feel absolutely valued as a client. Wii was so thorough and I adored how she didn’t rush through my appointment. She explained, she advised and she did an amazing job. My lips look full, symmetrical and natural! I have booked my next appointment . 5
Terrible customer service, as if they enjoy making patients wait . Never flexible for any changes in accommodating patients. Instead they try to argue back to justify their unprofessional behaviour. Even with booked appointments we have always had to wait over 15-20 minutes before being seen. I feel some coaching is definitely needed for their frontline customer service staff. The one star is even a stretch for the way they make you feel.
Excelente service, Wii has a lot of experience and listens to your concerns! Been to 3 places and this has been the best so far! Def coming back !
