Sunny and Bruce altered three poorly fitting, some not fitting at all, unwearable gowns for my wedding. The service was quick and reliable. They were so kind, and made sure I looked perfect for my wedding day. While I don’t recommend waiting last minute for these things, they pulled off a lot of work in a short window. I love Bon Ton! I went in on a Saturday to see if they could quickly hem 2 inches off a bridesmaid dress, he barely blinked. He pinned me, asked when I needed it (the next Thurs) and he said okay, I was nervous. He called me Wednesday before 12 and it was done! The work is amazing and the hem PERFECT. I am in awe of this place and will recommend them to anyone I know!
Moved here recently and given the review decided to bring in a pillow and comforter for dry cleaning. Very disappointed in the customer service, the cost and the result of the cleaning. I paid in advance (over $50 for a dry clean of a bedroom pillow). I did not leave the quilt since I could replace it with a new one for the cost they wanted to dry clean it. I picked up the pillow - it was returned to me with stains on it and no comment from the shopkeeper.
Smells like some body smoke and transfer to my mother clothes. No good is the second time no more use this place.🤢🤢🤢🤢
I brought a souvenir jacket in for a zipper replacement and they did a beautiful job! I am so happy to be able to wear this again. It was very reasonably priced as well. It took about 10 days.
