just don't. doctors are ok. In office staff is not helpful. sat on the phone for over 30mins 2 times. went to the office and staff members said she made appointment but never showed up on my chart. She honestly made me feel like it was my fault for a so called missed appointment that i was told that i cancelled witch i didn't case i was told dr. would not be in office that day and someone would reschedule the appointment and they never did. also had blood work don't for both my father and i they never even reached out about ... read more
Recommendedexcellent customer service with providers who are. very wise and professional.
Very unprofessional customer service. You have to chase down (email and call) the doctor (who ignores your messages on MyChart) to explain that you were provided the wrong medication. And to reminder her that after a MONTH your specialist is waiting for her referral. She has a lack of care!!!! My doctor was changed ! My next step is to find a new physician smh.... do not see Sarah Baxter
Went in for a follow up from patients first. Was turned away. I was told a nurse called me this am and I had not one single call from the practice. I called and demanded a office manager and then was put on hold for 10 minutes. All to be told the office manger left for the day. This is the most horrible in customer service and the staff is very unfriendly as well. Would never ever send my dying mother here it’s that bad
