Went this morning. The staff were very impersonal and asked what I thought were intrusive questions without explaining why they wanted this info. I'm always scared and nervous and hate these things. I also don't like being touched or exposed. When I told the technician this, she basically said too bad and fussed at me when I asked why she was asking so many intrusive questions. I am so unhappy with this facility. It was recommended by several people including doctors. I went for a routine mammogram which is always stressful and although i have called, it was 6 days ago and not a peep.Maybe its fine, but maybe its not. I got an email from them today, thinking it was the results . . it was a survey asking how I liked the service. ????? How long does it take to read a mammogram. I haven't had a mammogram that wasn't read immediately in 30 years. Clearly this hospital is functioning in the dark ages. A... read more
Not very considerate of patient time. Have has multiple appointments that lag far behind even when book first appointment of the day.
