Pour billing practices. Still awaiting a refund months later. There office staff were talking amongst themselves about how they had more than 40 refunds to process, this seems to be an ongoing issue.
don’t come here expecting them to actually be open during business hours. doors open, lobby empty, receptionist at desk. over an hour prior to closing time, sign outside says accepting walk ins. but nope! “not accepting patients”
showed up at 6:50 parking lot and lobby empty. said they were not seeing anymore patients and proceeded to lock building up before 7 pm. they close at 8. ridiculous and rude staff
Wish I could give zero. You close at 8:00pm I got there at 6:30 pm with an infant and they tell me there not taking anymore patients today. And I had just left from the swift creek location that was also closed for whatever the reason was today when it was during normal business hours.
Website and door signage say open Sunday 8-8 but was just there and they are locked and closed. Yes, I tried all the doors and there were no cars in the parking lot. I expected better from Bon Secours. I get it if you don’t have enough staff or people are sick, but at least put a sign out saying as much.
