In a month, I've lost 13 lbs. I'm not going to look back now. It's been a yr and five months. My weight is 210.4 now. This is a lifetime change. My goal is 185.0. Not far now.
I was pleased in the beginning in 2018 and lost 65 lbs.with gastric sleeve. I developed a hiatal hernia since and went back to see if it could be fixed. Apparently it can’t because of not enough stomach to attach it. I got no other ideas or help with this. I can hardly eat anything without it sticking making me throw up. I’m miserable and I guess have to live like this the rest of my life. I’m sorry I had this done. Their after care sucks.
