The nursing staff was exceptional. The surgeon and anesthesiologist clearly explained everything ahead of the surgery and what to expect at recovery. I can’t say enough good things about the robotic surgery! The doctor even found other issues and was able to correct them on the go!
I was treated with such kindness and care when I had to have my gallbladder our emergently. We have always had great experiences with Bon Secours.
They scheduled me under the wrong patient name, and when I went for my consultation, was told the doctor's schedule got changed and because they had me under a different patient, they couldn't contact me. Then I learned that they only have two surgeons that come out here, and it's only every couple weeks, so it would be a few weeks to get me rescheduled, and then surgery would actually be at St. Mary's.
