Please don't go here. They were going to charge me $700 for a routine appointment and when I called to try to sort it out I spoke with TWO different people in their billing office who gave me a "that's not my problem. You need to call the insurance company" attitude. When I DID call the insurance company they told me they'd never gotten an invoice so 100% the fault of the insurance/billing department because they never sent the claim to my insurance. I love Dr. Hesed Mugaisi, who is fantastic, and nurse Ms. Lori, who is very caring. I do feel sometimes that the other staff members are not as much, but the overall experience has been wonderful.
Poor experience. VA sent me here to get imaging done for possible surgery. They had to send me out to another physician to be done. Cool, no problem. Except they didn't even check to see of they covered VA patients. So I try calling and calling to my surprise no luck. After calling for over an hour I finally reach someone at a whole different location and explain how frustrated I am with all this. Finally got sent to someone who does cover VA.
