Complete lack of coordination. Five evaluations, disrespectful and condescending social worker who contradicted recommendations of the therapists.
IVE BEEN DEALING WITH THEM FOR EIGHT YEARS AND THE TERMS OF CARE ARE HORRIBLE NOW...I CANT GET THE SUPPLIES MY NURSE SUPPOSEDLY ORDERED TWICE..AND I KEEP SEEING DIFFERENT NURSES WHO AREN'T FAMILIAR WITH MY CASE OR WOUND..THAT DONT SEEM TO CARE MUCH...DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL THE LEVEL OF PROFESSIONAL ISM IS ZERO NOW .WHICH OS TRULY SAD..THAT ILL HAVE TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND GO PURCHASE WOUND SUPPLIES OUT OF POCKET WVEN THOUGH I JAVE INSURANCE...I SMELL A LAWSUIT IF MY INFECTION GETS WORSE BECAUSE OF THIS...😡😡😡... read more
tyler is nice and personable the nurse i talked to didn't treat my kinked up back just the post operative knee replacement. the thearapist insulted me by saying i was partially compliant when I've followed every thing he said gritting my teeth to not do what i need to. I've got cabin fever and i cannot move because he won't let me. i address concerns with him and he poo poo's them. typical attitude for a health care person.
They also do home wound care and my experience has been outstanding thus far and I'm healing faster than expected
After advising the office of Home health Care that I had animals They sent a nurse her name was Missy or Misty She had an attitude before she walked into my home about animals She what didn't want my dogs to jump up on her My mother took my animals outside put them in the fence and she still had issues with animals I would never recommend her coming to anybody that has any type of animals My dogs was traumatized I was traumatized I am just still tore up a whole day later very unhappy my nerves are shot
