Rude staff that answers the phone. I was never given an appointment before or after my colonoscopy as another reviewer mentioned. I’ve called the office and left messages via the patient portal requesting an appointment. Only response was the same thing written on my discharge paperwork after the colonoscopy. Dr. Richard John Hartel is condescending. Didn't even speak to me before or after my colonoscopy. He's rude. Not professional at all. He needs to retire already. He needs to go. I love Franklin hospital but he has to go.
