Never will go here again. My wife went for a follow up visit from a previous ER trip last summer. We told them what insurance we had when we set the appointment. They accepted her card during registration and went thru with the visit. When we went to check out and I inquired about possibly being a patient there also they realized they actually don't accept our insurance after already examining the card when we arrived and telling us they do. I highly recommend this medical practice for anyone seeking top-notch healthcare services.
Please save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. Waited well over three months for an appointment and they canceled hours before the agreed-upon time. Now several months for the next appointment! They have unrealistic scheduling. The place was a little worn down and outdated. This practice could definitely use some training and improvements.
Where do I begin. My very first visit, Dr Grady seemed very uninterested in me as a patient, never made eye contact or smiled. Front desk staff was very dry to say the least. Prior to my follow up I called in for a question in reference to medication, that happened to be a narcotic medication, and immediately they made an assumption, cut me off and stated they aren't writing any prescription for pain medication.
