The nurse who conducts the sleep studies is very knowledgeable and nice. Also, when you call (if you can get anyone who answers the phone) there is a very competent technician. However, I was sent my CPAP machine with no assistance about setting it up. When I called the sleep center. they told me to call the manufacturer. After many attempts, I got to speak to a human being who told me to just use the factory settings. I had to search through many YouTube videos to figure out how to use it.
