This place has become a joke the little girls at the front seat etc don’t do there job they are to busy playing on there cell phones etc they all need to be fired and replaced I been calling for over a month and can’t get no one on the phone and I have sent messages on my chart for 4 months about a appointment no response awful customer service don’t not recommend to no one
They do not follow up with their patients.
Wait time is horrible! 1st time patient appointment is 10:00 but here we sit still waiting and no explanation. When I ask how much longer she says your appointment is 10:30 and there is 3 people in front of you. Really. My husband is ready to walk out the door. He left work at 9:00 to be here at 10:00. You shouldn't have to sit in a waiting room waiting to see the doctor for an hour! Schedule patients accordingly people. Not 5 at the same freakn time. Duh! Money hungey doctors burn me up!
