Just disappointing on so many levels. No one will care. No one at this office does care but if you are reading this message…keep searching for care. I have been with a Bon Secours primary care physician for 15+- years. My PCP left and to get set up for the SAME thing I had before has been a nightmare. Wasted time, appointments, energy and if you express yourself…NO one cares at this office.
Dr Rayas completely ignored and brushed off my family members concerns about mental health. She chalked them up to anxiety without any recommendation of care or empathy shown.
