I tried to get an appointment with the Powdersville BS PT facility. What a slack operation! I received my order from orthopedic on 10/8. Made 4 calls trying to speak with someone to get apt. No live person answers phone. Left multiple voice messages. 12/2 Still calling them to try to get in. Finally get a call back but they have to check on order and will call back. No call back came. Make sure you understand the function of this facility before attending. My primary care (also a member of the Bon Secours family) referred me here for physical therapy for back pain and sciatica. I feel like I received good instruction in the several months I was a patient, however the value is not there. Their sessions bill out at what most other PT clinics do, however they neglect to tell you their sessions are only 15 minutes - meaning if you have a standard 45/50 minute visit, you’re there for 3 sessions, and you’re goi... read more
