The worst care I ever had. I'm six months pregnant and after three hours waiting for a test was told the nurse forgot to call the tech. Because it was after hours by that point I had to wait another two hours. Doctor was way too distracted to even talk to me about my diagnosis properly.
Changing Dr. Vezella Orthopedic Specialist was very rude. I will be seeing a new doctor soon. I am going to their fb page to explain his non-bed side manner.
It sucks thier care was horrible my hubby stayed in urine all night i called the nurses station 18 times not one time did they answer.
From the moment I walked in, til the moment I walked out... Phenomenal...!!! Thanks Dr.Kerner, Nurses Jackie, Kathy and Shanta...!!! You're the best...
My husband went in on a pre-admission straight to the 5th floor. He's been there 2 days as of now and every nurse, lab tech, food service personal etc. Have been amazing. Very patient, kind, and helpful. Above and beyond to help us both stay informed and comfortable. The doctor.... him I'd give a 2.
