My main complaint is inability to get anyone to answer the phone. I called on and off for two days and finally left message on nurses line and hope she gives the message to appropriate person

I was on the way to my apt but there was a bad accident and I was stuck in traffic. I ended up being 20 min late to my apt. I called around 3:10 and asked if i could still be seen before I continued driving over there. I was told “oh the dr is still with the last patient so we can’t ask him right now. It’s up to you if you want to reschedule or keep it for now.” I decided to keep the appointment because if the dr is also running late what’s the issue? Dr. Arasho is the best!! Takes his time, listens and makes sure to address all your concerns making sure you get the best medical treatment. A++++

I have been waiting on chronic migraine meds for over 1 month. It's been pre authentic but no meds to pharmacy. I've called asked for the office manager to call me nothing. This has to be the worst neuroscience center in HR. Since Gebel left Portsmouth there's not been another dr like him he took care of his patients and they damn sure didn't wait for meds. I guess I'll be going higher up the chain this is just medical neglect at this point
