Great experience
I called and scheduled an appointment to be seen for an appointment. The date was pushed out for at least two month. They put me on a short call list which I appreciate due to being in pain. They called and moved the appointment up several time to get me in earlier, again which I appreciate. However with all the moving of the appointment I mixed the time up and showed up 30 minutes late. Dr. Office is a joke I've been waiting 3 days for them to approve my script and they haven't gotten back with me or the pharmacy, not mention if you have emergency and need to see the Dr. they have a 2 month wait list to get seen, save your self the headache, Find a better office
I requested paper work for my husband to be filled out by his Doctor my husband has parkinson's and not able to work so therefore to get receive unemployment I needed paperwork back, by a certain date,I called and called one of the front desk assistant was so rude and nasty put me on hold for 30 minutes,now mind u they was the one telling me oh it will be ready in 2 days it been almost 2 weeks nothing faxed over I said well I can come pick it up then they say well it's in his office, so I say well I can come sit there until ... read more
I was not informed after our "consultation " of the astronomical financial amount I would personally be responsible for treatment & wound up with an $800.00 bill. Which, after I contacted billing dept , we set up payment arrangements ONLY to have it turned over to collections behind my back. ( which I have pd off) . I've called twice & left message for the physician to explain why I would not be returning ( which was useless.
