I have been waiting on chronic migraine meds for over 1 month. It's been pre authentic but no meds to pharmacy. I've called asked for the office manager to call me nothing. This has to be the worst neuroscience center in HR. Since Gebel left Portsmouth there's not been another dr like him he took care of his patients and they damn sure didn't wait for meds. I guess I'll be going higher up the chain this is just medical neglect at this point
Unprofessional providers. My appointment was canceled the day of “because the provider extended their weekend”. I have had this appointment scheduled for over two months. Fortunately, I was able to reschedule and it’s only an additional THREE MONTH wait on top of the two months I’ve already waited. Unreal that a provider can arbitrarily extend their weekend, disregard their committed scheduled appointments and expect patients who are asking for legitimate help, to just suck it up and wait.
after being told there was a 15 minute grace period for being late after traveling way from Norfolk and being stuck in traffic I still made it within that grace period got there they had me sit for almost 10 minutes before telling me I had to reschedule was very disappointing. ask to be referred to someone else they never took care of that I’m so disappointed with the office staff also you have to call 50 times before they even answer the phone
Great experience
I called and scheduled an appointment to be seen for an appointment. The date was pushed out for at least two month. They put me on a short call list which I appreciate due to being in pain. They called and moved the appointment up several time to get me in earlier, again which I appreciate. However with all the moving of the appointment I mixed the time up and showed up 30 minutes late.
