Dr. Floranda and his nurse Shawana are always very helpful. It's been a very difficult time figuring out my health and they've been very helpful every step of the way. I feel heard and seen during every appointment.
i will not be returning because a physical exam was preformed on me by a male doctor without a female nurse in the room. i wasn’t made aware of certain areas on my body that were going to touched and therefore was never asked if it was okay. i was extremely uncomfortable and upset.
Do not hand you or your loved one's health over to this group. Atrocious office staff. No communication. Very off putting doctors. Stay away!!
The receptionist at this practice is atrocious, I don’t know what is going on in her personal life that causes her to act this way to people just trying to get some help or if she was just born with hate in her heart but she is terrible, it’s almost like she’s trying to deter patients from coming to the practice to lessen her workload.
