It takes months to get in to see a neurologist with Bon Secours because they don't know how to staff properly. Delay in treatment for patients who can't go anywhere else because they have Bon Secours employee insurance. So if you work for Bon Secours, forget about getting in anytime soon. This really is unacceptable.

Dr. Thompson has been my neurologist for years and he doesn’t disappoint. Either you’re messed up or you’re not. I like a doctor that’s straight to the point and very educated and takes the time out to educate you even more. As a migraine sufferer he explained everything to me in a way that opened my eyes and made me take more serious steps to calm them and prevent them from happening. I do recommend this office but as the patient you cannot self diagnose that’s the whole point of the doctor.

As a loved one watching someone go through a progressive, life ending deterioration of their brain and communicative functions, it completely dismays me how this practice has treated patients. My direct connection has had an appointment cancelled four times IN A ROW. Delaying treatment, assessments, and any kind of care that could prolong the ability to function for almost a year.
