I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience I had when calling to confirm the receipt of some blood work. I spoke with a staff member named (Jenn), whose approach and behavior were deeply disappointing. When I asked if she could confirm whether my blood work had been received, she responded, "Not at the moment. I'm not going all the way to the front. I got other customers." My brother had two appointments canceled here and died from liver failure almost 2 years ago i am
I was told that my body was going to be deformed and that eventually I will need a liver transplant and even though they are the experts, they will not give me a follow up appointment. They do give appointments for patients with my condition (PLD). Not only uncaring but cruel. Do not go there, find another specialist.
This place is a CIRCUS with nothing but clowns working there. Steer clear of this establishment!
I saw Nurse Practitioner, Karla Pray who was wonderful and put me at ease with my concerns and answered all of my questions. I have seen countless medical professionals as I grew up in the military and moved constantly, and if half of them were as friendly and as attentive as she is was, I would have been very happy. I didn’t catch the name of the receptionist I had, but she was also wonderful.
