Dr. Jasmine Jones is the absolute best doctor that I have found in RVA! Ladies we are tired of going to see our Primary care doctor then going to another doctor for women’s healthcare. You can have everything done in her office with her. Dr. Jones and her team have great bedside manner, they are very personable, and they are always available when needed . I will remain a patient here as long as she’s practicing

Best Doctor in Laburnum medical center whom is very concerned about your health ,helps in any way,Dr.Ashraffi is one of the best in this place,He goes above and beyond for the health of his patients.Im so glad that he is My Doctor,there's not many out there that actually cares about there patients.

I can understand why LMC has low reviews. I just called (twice, first time it just continued ringing), I needed information about an appointment. I was so 'lucky' to have had ALICE finally answer the phone. The entire time ALICE is in a low tone muttering God....oh God...., I can hear her keep saying this, okay? Rather than asking anything else, I told her that I would just stop by and get the information I needed and thanked her... I liked my provider at Laburnum Medical Center, but I have to stop going there because of the horrendous billing and customer service. Every bill that I have received from this office has included errors that it has taken me hours to resolve. I can't continue to waste so much of my time trying to get simple questions answered via the maze of incompetent and unhelpful call centers that they force you to engage with. I am done and I strongly encourage all other patients to consider other practices until Laburnum Medical Center... read more

Just ridiculous that I spend five minutes going through a robocall operator and a foreign human operator just to have my phone call hung up on by the people at this facility literally the first second they pick up. I am so sick of the terrible service provided at this facility.... four month wait times as an established patient to get an annual physical is just ridiculous. I do not recommend this facility... but hey this is America, so basically everything in the healthcare industry sucks any way.
