Being required to go through a help desk in India after answering several automated questions for every possible issue is absolutely horrible.
Great doctors
Practice is great with routine scheduled visits, but, if you are sick and need to be seen you can never get an appointment. I end up at Care Now or Patient First. I want a primary I can see when I’m sick!
I have received good care but now they have a.call desk in India that answers calls, asks several personal questions and *then* they send you to the appointment desk where you sit on hold indefinitely. What is the point of this third party aside from additional aggravation? It has become very challenging to get an appointment here! Additionally, they encourage making an appointment thru the portal but there are NO appointments there.
