The doctors have been great. Trying to get into the office is a disaster. You first get sent to an AI bot, then you get triaged to an overseas office where it’s difficult to understand them, then you finally get through to the actual office where you repeat the same information for yet a third time. It’s very frustrating, because the actual care is good, but every time I try to schedule an appointment it’s a battle. Sometimes I give up and opt for telehealth through my insurance provider instead, it’s much easier.
