I had set up all my appointments and had to cancel a couple of them because of a personal incident so I called to speak to the therapist to explain and they told me they went ahead and canceled all my appointments which was never informed to me until I called. That is not the worse part...that day I called I set up an appointment so I could continue my care and was given an appointment; once I showed up to my appointment they told me that the therapist cant see me and that I will be seen on a space available basis.
